Birthday Parties

Our objective is for your child to have an awesome party! We cater your birthday party to what will work best for your family and guests! A party includes one hour and 15 minutes of "gym time" and 45 minutes of "party time" in our upstairs party space. See below for our party options!

Birthday Party Option #1

1-16 participants

$350

Gym Time - 1 Hour & 15 Minutes

Party Time - 45 Minutes

There is a chance that private lessons can occur during your party, unless you choose the "Exclusive" gym rental option (only booked on Saturdays). This is where you will have the whole gym to yourselves, during the "gym time". If you would like this option, please make note of it in your contract and we will add the $125 to your booking fee. Please fill out the information below. The office staff will charge the card on file, dependent on the number of children attending and "Exclusive" option. You will be receiving a confirmation email soon! Let us know if you have any questions.

17 - 24 participants

$475

Gym Time - 1 Hour & 15 Minutes

Party Time - 45 Minutes

25+ participants

Gym Time - 1 Hour & 15 Minutes

Party Time - 45 Minutes

This is an “Exclusive” gym rental option that can only be booked on Saturdays. This is where you will have the whole gym to yourselves, during the "gym time" as well as the upstairs area for “party time”. If you would like this option you will need to contact the office for scheduling.

What Times are available?

  • Birthday Party times are Saturdays 2:30 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:30 pm & Sundays 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm , 2:30 pm , 4:00 pm

What does Head Over Heels provide?

  • We provide the facility, assist with set up, activity and game instruction, assist with food and drink distribution, assist with clean up. We will provide the FUN!

What do I need to bring?

  • You will need to bring any decorations, food and drink items, utensils, paper products and favors. 

What if some invitees do not attend?

  • We cannot modify the party cost if some invitees do not attend.

What if I have more questions before the birthday party?

  • Our office staff will give you a call the week of the birthday party to answer any questions you may have regarding the event. The office staff will also get a confirmation of how many guests will be at the party. We are always available to communication through email.
